I feel so bad. Brenna's birthday was over a month ago! And just this past weekend we (and the Sunday School teachers) finally remembered to sing to her during class. Doh!
In all fairness, the weekend of her bday was Easter so the church doings and happenings were kinda full. We missed a couple of weekends in there of Sunday School due to kids being sick and such, soooo..... yea. Whatever. Parent fail.
Oh well. Better late than never right?
Though she was kind of confused when, weeks after her birthday had come and gone and passed and been a memory, they pull out the birthday cake and the toy bucket for her to select a toy. Memorial Day Weekend actually...and it will be forever documented that her birthday was celebrated at Sunday School a month too late, since she is wearing her red, white, and blue dress that day. Go mom.
sigh.
Anyway, here's her cutie patootie picture she took (she's facing the teacher who's taking her picture as well for our fridge magnet and for her class picture)...

She was happy with her little celebration, though, and picked out a nice bracelet from the box of treasures.
