Mood changes...
I do have a sweet story about Brooke to share. There is a look that moms (or dads) get when their child is doing something wonderful. You know, when you are watching your kid do something sweet kind, cute, etc...?? You kinda smile off in the background, that proud kinda smile? Hard to describe, but anyway, the other day, Brenna was playing with my mom and Brooke was off in the background just watching. Brenna did something cute (I can't even remember what now) and the look that Brooke got on her face was the same fondly admiring, prideful look that parents get over their own children.
Which then, in turn, gave me that same look off in the background observing Brooke. Motherhood is wonderful!
Finding her hands and she can do things with them now! It's amazing how quickly she's learned this. She now intentionally picks up and holds things easily. Its so fun to watch her figure things out (like in the pic below, she is really examing her hands - usually its a toy or something). And of course,...everything goes straight into the mouth. : ) She's also started the game of dropping her toys just to see Mommy pick them up! But, now at least she gets to take full advantage of the roomful of toys she has! :D

Have I mentioned that apparently my little petite girl isn't so petite after all??? I think I was disillusioned. She is now easily wearing 6-9 mos stuff. :O I thought she was suppposed to be cute little Brenna??? I guess, the cute part still exists!
