Brooke turned out to be quite the basketball star! At first she started off not wanting to be too in the game...a little skiddish about it all. But towards the end of the season, she stepped it up a notch! She started dribbling faster, making some fast breaks down the court, would always be a team player, passing it off if she needed to (and doing GOOD passes - while most of the other girls would always pass it away, Brooke would do a sturdy bounce pass every time getting it to her girl), and then eventually shooting often and making baskets! I was impressed with how much better she got by the end of the season. She might end up liking basketball after all! :)
