1st Basketball Game

Brooke had her first basketball game last weekend.  She said she had fun so I guess that's a win!  Though, she is pretty timid..  while most of the other girls really go after the ball, Brooke does not.  You can tell she totally wants to just play nice.  Not that the others are necessarily mean...just that they go after the ball and Brooke does not.  Anyway, maybe by the end of the season, or as she learns more the rules of the game and how things work, she'll learn to be more aggressive.  She still wants the ball, doesn't like to sit out, and goes to the person throwing it in EVERY TIME, so that's good!  We'll see...  for now, she says she still likes softball better (not as much a 'contact sport')
