Swim Party

Last night we went to a swim party for Brooke and Brenna's cousin, Kylee, who was turning 12! It was our first time in the water this year...and I just have to say, the water was FUH-REEZING! Yea, I didn't get in. I left that up to Brad and the girls. LOL

Anyway, Brooke did swimmingly (haha...). And Brenna took to it like a champ as well. She wanted no part of Daddy holding her. And kept going under water all by herself! I was impressed! She voluntarily did all this. Craziness I tell you.

Ironically (or coincidentally?), Brooke ran into a long ago friend, that she went to school with 2 years ago! Katelyn. Apparently Katelyn and Kylee's younger sister are BFF's. And to make the connection even weirder...Katelyn's parents and Rex (Brad's cousin, who was also there) were good friends too. It's a small world!

Here are the girls going under water together to see each other under water. :) Guess we gotta get Brenna some goggles!
