Happy Birthday Chad!

Brooke's cousin, Chad turned five years old today! Wow. Well, I guess technically, he didn't turn five TODAY, but maybe technically he won't turn five on any particular day. His real bday is February 29, which only happens every 4 yrs.
Anyway, but today was his celebrated bday and his party. We all love going out to their house...there's so many fun things to see and do out there. From the baby goats (and now there are a new set of 4 day old twin goats there!), to all the other many animals (sheeps, donkeys, etc) to a fun treehouse, a trampoline, an inflatable bouncer and all the land to just run and play. So it's especially nice for a party to celebrate the little man.

Chad and Brooke are definitely best buds. They are by far, the closest cousins. They have a blast together all the time and always have...well, since Brooke was old enough to play anyway. It's so great to have a great family with cousins to play with and grow up together with. So Happy Birthday Chad!

Ali, hamming it up...Cami (with Rex), not as enthused about posing for a picture....But yet Brenna is always all smiles...And Brooke jumping on the trampoline (however, she would only jump if she was the only one on it at the time....ah, my ever safety vigilant girl...makes a mom proud. )....And a couple other random shots from around the house. A very cute picture of Daddy and Brooke... And Brenna sleeping like a baby (wait...she is a baby :-P) ....
Hope everyone is having a fun-filled weekend! We are both (Brad and I) trying to heal from bronchitis. Thursday evening Brad went to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with it, along with a touch of pneumonia. Well, I had been sick with a "cold" or "allergies" for almost 2 wks now and it got me to thinking. Then yesterday, I woke up feeling worse, with extremely swollen glands on my left side and a fever. So I trapse to the doctor today and was diagnosed with it as well. So we're both on antibiotics now. Luckily the girls haven't gotten it - let's hope it stays that way!
