Time to wake up

Brooke has been getting up earlier lately - yay. So, if we are still asleep or in bed, she'll just come in and want to lay with us for a while. Of course, sleeping at that point is out of the question. But if we're lucky, we'll get some quiet resting time while she pets Bailey. Anyway, yesterday morning, she comes in, lays down, and after a while asks "Daddy, I think it's time to wake up now." Daddy replies, "Two more minutes." She accepts that and is quiet for a bit longer. A few minutes later, she taps him on the shoulder, "Daddy, I think it's time to wake up now." He responds, "One more minute." She again accepts that and gives him his one minute. (we do this with her often.) Later, once again, "Daddy, I think it's time to get up now." Silence. I prompt her to remind Daddy he's got to get up to go fix the fence today." So she tells him, "Daddy, you've got to get up and fix the fence." So he asks her, "Oh....are you going to help me?". Her response....."No. I'm going to sleep for just a little bit more." LOL
