Halloween

The girls watched all the Pirates of the Caribbean movies this summer so of course, the choice for costumes was pirates.  (and can you tell it had rained this day too??  Ugh.... not kidding.  Its been non stop)

A few days before Halloween, we went to Brad's mom's church for the annual Trunk or Treat.  Met up with all the cousins and neighbors too! 

Literally the night before Halloween we bought and carved a pumpkin just for the sake of doing so (it is tradition right?).  No fancy templates this time, just simple.  In fact, Brenna drew the design.  :)

Then, Halloween night...we went to another church for some fun and games and ended the night going to a few door to doors.  :)

All in all - a success!  We came home with way too much candy and are putting away the decos till next year! :)
