The anatomy of a pumpkin - ha!

We had to get a pumpkin carving in!  We have been soooo extremely busy.  I mean, more than normal. Seriously are not home ever it seems!  So we carved a pumpkin the evening before Halloween day in between school, dinner, and a softball game.  In about 20 minutes.  Literally.  So, we didn't get all fancy this year.  Let Brooke dig it out, draw the design herself and then while she was getting dressed for softball, Brenna helped cut the design (with strict supervision, of course).

What's funny is this is the first year that Brooke actually WANTED to get her hands 'dirty'.  She really really wanted to.  Whereas before, she wanted nothing to do with the insides.  This year, Brenna wanted nothing to do with the insides.  LOL
