Brooke had the opportunity to attend an Aggie Softball Clinic. It was all totally free! What we've learned is that the Lady Aggie Softball team is very friendly and catering to this younger girls trying to get started in softball. Throughout their season, they offer free days, meet up with the teams at Opening Ceremonies, etc and now also, provide free clinics to get to practice with the Aggies and get tips. And its all totally free. You just show up!
Brooke loves it and has so much fun with the big girls. I only had my phone with me, so sorry for the quality (though, heck...I think this is as good as quality if not better I would've gotten from my small camera - we were FAR away from the field)
Practicing throwing (above ---^) and below are pics from them practicing fielding ground balls and tagging or getting the runner (the Aggie seen below) out at first.
Then they rotated to another 'station' learning to play catcher better. How to squat properly, how to stand up and throw..how its different from throwing in the field...etc etc etc.
Afterwards, photo ops of course. :) (They totally had to make her do the thumb's up...haha!)
