We missed the annual HUGE egg hunting extravaganza in our town this year, due to a softball game. Sad. Since we've made every one since Brooke was so little. But, oh well. It's over-rated anyway, right? That's what I'm telling myself.
Anyway, so the first time out to an Easter Egg Hunt belongs to Brenna! She got to have a fun Easter party (including an egg hunt) at her school this past week.

Her face was painted (and had worn off a bit) while she was at the party...hence the markings on her forehead. She was a bunny. ;)
Also, they've been growing little plants in pots they painted..and got to bring them home finally!

Coincidentally, Brooke also brought home a pot she made in Art. Actually, its not a "pot"...its a tooth fairy dish/bowl/container/insert appropriate word here. Now, sure... you may look at it like its wierd. But I think its awesome! Brenna painted her pot and planted her grass, but Brooke actually hand sculpted this dish using a real kiln and everything (she brags that she was the one to 'fire the kiln') and painted it, left indentions or whatever where she wanted, etc, so I think its pretty cool!
