I hope all the dad's out there have a fantastic Father's Day! You deserve it! And I really hope my sweet dad and my superb husband have the best day ever. They definitely deserve it.
We are having a low-key day for Father's Day, mainly because I am still struggling to get over this cold or whatever that I've had for what seems like an eternity. But we still spoiled Daddy with gifts, lots of love, and lunch out at a restaurant - his pick (which as of this posting, has yet to be determined ;). We'll also try to go by and see Brad's dad today and give him the cards the girls made for him. My dad was here yesterday so we got lots of visiting in then with him.
Here's Brad opening his cards the girls picked for him. The cards were a perfect resemblance of his two daughters, that's for sure. Brooke picked one that had a button for him to wear the rest of the day that says, "Behind every great dad is a great kid!" and Brenna picked out one that had two kids jumping on the bed all around their dad. :)
And we had to get a picture with Daddy and ALLLLL his 'kids'.
