Another holiday tradition we do is taking a trip to Santa's Wonderland. Its a local place just outside of town that goes ALL OUT on Christmas lights. It started simple enough and has grown and grown and grown. There is a drive through light display (that we always do as a hayride) and then a little village called Santa's Town with all kinds of crafts and eating and hot chocolate and petting zoos and more. Not to mention Santa himself! It's so fun. Very expensive. But we figure, its only once a year...so we splurge a bit. And every year, its probably the most fun the girls have at any 'event'.
Well, we went out the other night with Brooke's other best friend that will be moving in just a week or so! We thought it would be a good opportunity to get a last playdate in for the girls.
After the hayride, we went into the little village. The two little kids had never played together so much before. But they really had a blast together! Here they are dancing, while waiting for hot chocolate...
And here again, they were mesmerized for a bit with the band that was playing...
Here's pictures of all the kids together...
And a family pic (I look weird, but whatever...I'll still share)..
Here's Brooke and Trinity peeking in on Santa...
And, we hadn't planned on getting a picture with Santa (Brooke said, after all she had already told him what she wanted on the Polar Express, and she had written a letter...what else did he need? LOL), but they did so well sitting and smiling, we couldn't pass it up.
