Party-full Weekend

We had a busy busy weekend this past weekend!

First, on Friday evening we went out to the land to celebrate Cami and Alli's 4th birthday! I can't believe these sweet girls are 4 already?! I still remember going to the hospital and holding these tiny (ok, maybe not so tiny comparatively) newborn twin baby girls. Seems like yesterday. Anyway, so, no party is complete without hot dogs, cake, and presents of course!

Then, on Saturday I helped to host a baby shower for a close friend who's pregnant with her 3rd baby girl. Close friend, because we happen to be good friends, but her oldest daughter is one of Brooke's BFF's. Since its her 3rd girl, we had only a diaper/wipe shower. Also, this is same friend that is moving to Montana, so they didn't need a lot of 'stuff' to have to try and travel back with. We still had a lot of fun with yummy food, fun games and good times. :)

Furthermore on Saturday, after naps, Brooke had her longest BFF come over for her sleepover party, where they had a blast eating pizza, popcorn, watching movies and making ice cream sundaes. :) There was lots of giggles, dancing and whispering late into the night. But all in all it went well with no fights and not too much loss of sleep.

Isn't this the sweetest thing EVER?! They fell asleep holding hands.. Aww... :)

I love this next picture because this is the same sandbox where their friendship started and I have the picture to prove it...from way back when...

It's amazing to me that after all these years (I know 5 years isn't a lot of time, but considering that is their whole lives, its impressive to me!) they are still great friends and have a great time together.

So, now that Monday is here...maybe I'll get to rest. Or, not. ;P
