Ballerina Brenna

Today was Brenna's first dance class. Yes, I took the plunge and signed her up for dance. Mainly because, we had all of Brooke's old stuff (leotards, shoes, etc) and I hated to see her have to suffer through watching Brooke do a whole 'nother year of dance and not getting to participate herself. Even last year, she watched intently wanting to participate. So this year, we'll give it a go.

Of course, she loved it. However, it took some doings to get her to wear the ballet shoes first (instead of the tap shoes) and we had a serious meltdown before leaving the house. But once there, she was very eager and willing to do anything Ms Suzanne asked of her. She talked to her...a lot (of course!) and got on to some of the other kids too while there. I didn't get too many good pictures before (remember the meltdown?) or during (she kept having her back facing me!), but I got some cute ones after. My big girl ballerina. :)
