Brad finally got around to mowing the forest that was our backyard. The girls wouldn't even walk in the backyard without freaking out about the tall grass. ::roll eyes:: When he first started Brenna got 'stuck' in the yard in between mounds of tall grass. So he spoiled her by mowing her little roads to walk through while he was mowing the whole yard.
It was so hot we pulled out a fun summer treat - popsicles!

And these are some of my favorite most recent pictures of Brenna. Such a cutie!
The popsicles didn't cool them off enough, so after the yard was freshly mowed, out came the bathing suits and sprinkler. :) Classic case below of monkey see, monkey do?
Which, in turn, led to us filling up the baby pool for some more lounging...
And lunchtime brought on an outdoor picnic of course. :)
Finishing off the day, PaPoo came for a visit and we spent the rest of the time indoors, in the AC, reading books.

I think my kids are wishing you were their mom. They're standing here asking to go swimming, then saying they want popsicles, and hoping I'll let them have a picnic outside.
And yes, your girls are adorable!
