More Partying!

After Brooke's party on Saturday, we went to another of her classmate's party on Sunday. It was at the most FUN place I swear. My Party Palace. Anyways, it was low-key..only a few girls. The girls got to dress up in any outfit they chose, then got their hair and makeup done, while the girl doing the party asked some questions (favorite food, color, etc). Then after they all were prettied up, they had a "fashion show" where they went down the stage runway, while the same girl announced each girl and her favorites. Brooke took all of about 15 min to warm up to the idea and then she had soo much fun. Of course, then there was a fantastic cake and punch in fancy glasses. It was a lot of fun for these princesses!

We also went to a going-away get together for a dear friend who will be leaving us for greener pastures soon. I don't like to talk about it much, because we will miss her and her family dearly. We have been friends since Brooke was about 15 mos old! (remember the park picture?) Anyways, like I said, I won't speak of it much so I won't be led to tears, sooo....

Then on Tuesday night, at our family bible study, they held another little mini family party for Brooke. Complete with a Princess ice cream cake, presents and all...It took 2 grown men and about 5 knives to cut the cake. It was FROZEN solid.But it was yummy!More presents!The dress that Tara MADE...!And a pic of Brooke with her balloon we got for her. It was/is as tall as she is!Now, I think all her birthday celebrations are over (we do like a birthday week around here - haha), so on to planning for a certain little girl's 1st birthday next!
