Nana's Birthday

My mom's birthday is this week, so we took advantage of the beautiful day today and travelled the hour drive to where her and my dad both live. We stopped by PaPoo's house first and visited a bit. Then we drove across town, picked up Nana, had lunch, then came back to her house for her bday cake and presents! PaPoo also came by for some more visiting. It was a gorgeous day to be outside and both the girls loved that! And we all hope Nana has a great birthday! :-)

Sitting on PaPoo's porch swing...

Brooke has 3 things she always likes to do at PaPoo's house. Go see the dogs outside (the neighbors have a bunch of dogs that love to bark at new people), play his organ, and go check his rose garden for flowers. She always cons him out of cutting any roses that are in bloom for her....

After lunch, Nana making a wish on her birthday candles...

Again, Brooke found another flower at Nana's house...

Brenna was, as usual, fascinated by PaPoo's watch. Who needs a nap when you have a watch to play with?...
