Work Out


This is her strength training workout. :-p Earlier she was doing yoga. Suprisingly, she actually LIKES doing the hard stuff (the push-ups and flanks and running) and does rather well at it! Today her total 'workout' time was 39 minutes! :o Better than me somedays!

LOL We had to limit Sierra--she did the running three times in a row one day and had her very first experience with sore muscles the next day ;-)
