Exercausing

We pulled Brooke's old exercauser out of the attic. I guess 'exercauser' is the slang term. Hers is actually the Fisher Price Intellitainer. Brooke loved it! I like it b/c they can 'walk' within it (remember how 'walkers' are unsafe?). So, we'll see how Brenna does. We introduced Brooke to it right around 5 months, even though the official age is 6 months. And since Brenna is only a week or so shy of 5 months already....! Anyway, I think the 6-mo age guideline is all b/c of head control. And they both have/had good head control at their age. Brenna is definitely in need of some excitement these days and her playmat can only provide so much entertainment.

Anyway, so far so good...I think she likes it! If nothing else, I think she enjoys her new look on life from this seat/position. No more laying down all the time and getting a flat head or sitting in the boring old Bumbo seat. This is fun! : )

And all these new toys to taste and chew on...

What is more fun, though, is laughing at her sister....

And despite my best efforts of sticking a pacifier in her mouth at any given opportunity, she is still determined to get that thumb in her mouth... *sigh* ....

And here's a pic of Brooke in it at the same age (or so...) for comparison. They are definitely starting to look like two different babies/kids now, even though they still look similar. Also, take note...Brooke's hair had already completely fallen out and was starting to grow back in, while Brenna's is just now falling out, just not sure if she'll lose it all or if she's going to start growing hers back in now before it all falls out. Anyway, whacha think?
