Pinky Toes

Brooke: Mommy, I stubbed my toe. (a frequent occurrence at our house)

Mommy: Again? Man. You always seem to stub that toe? Is it the little one again?

Brooke: Yea...my pinky toe.

Mommy: Well, goodness. You know, let's just get rid of that toe - it just keeps getting in the way. (kidding of course)

Brooke: (deep in thought and silent for a minute)

Mommy: Come on...come over here and I'll just cut it off and then we won't have to worry about it anymore.

Brooke: No, Mommy! (very angry) God gave me this toe and I want to keep it!
