Brenna's second favorite place - the changing table. She can be screaming and for some reason, when we put her on the changing table, it's like magic! She'll stop and stare at us, play with us, or look at Brooke's 'artwork' she painted for her sister. If she wasn't in danger of rolling off, we could have her there for hours I think.
(Notice I said 'second favorite place'. Her first is still in the bathroom in front of the space heater. When it's 98 degrees outside. )
And one of Brooke's favorite things are books. Yesterday Brooke was showing Brenna a book with several animal pictures in it. I wish I could've captured video. She held up the book so Brenna could see it and said, "Look Brenna...it's a Fish. Ffff...Ffff....Fish. Starts with an "F." Can you say that? Fff ffff fffish. Good job! You did it!" (Of course, Brenna is staring at her like she's crazy) Then she turns to us, "Look, Brenna did it!" Then on to the next animal..."This is a Monkey." Mmmmmonkey!. Starts with a M. Mmm mmmm mmmonkey. Can you say Monkey? (pause) Yay! Good job Brenna. Look Mommy Brenna did it!" And then on to the rest of the animals. :)
