Hey...we're in Texas. We get excited about this stuff that we never see and only hear about from far off places. To see that it finally exists? Wow.
Of course, I'm kidding....a little bit. But, when we saw it was snowing (like a pretty darn good amount), we had to wake up Brooke. After all, she's never seen the real stuff before - only on TV. She didn't think it was all that exciting at the moment since she was still half asleep. But I knew that it wouldn't last long and wanted her to have a chance to see it before it stopped.
And I was right. Maybe 45 min? Tops. And none of it stuck to the ground. But oh well...it was fun seeing it come down pretty good for a while. Now, I live with the repurcussions of waking up a almost-3yr-old too early for the rest of the day. ;)
