Decorating!

That's right. We started decorating for Christmas last night. Actually I feel a little behind. It seems as if everyone has got lights up already. It takes us quite a while to put everything up. We cannot do it in one day. So yesterday, Brad pulled everything down out of the attic. Too many boxes to count - really. Then we decided to go ahead and put up the Christmas tree. Usually I am so pumped about decorating, but this year, I just can't get into it too much. I think it's cuz I still feel kinda lousy, don't have a lot of energy and it just seems overwhelming. So we'll see how it goes...maybe after I really get going, it'll be more fun!

And actually last night was kinda fun. Brooke really got into helping decorate the tree this year. She was very careful, was excited to see all her ornaments and found the perfect branch for them every time. Of course that branch tended to be the same one time after time, but who cares right? She was very serious about putting the ornaments on just right. You can see just how serious she was in some of the pictures. She also got to sit on Daddy's shoulders and help put the 'bootiful angel' on top of the tree.
