In the past, the town we live in used to have (for many years!) a light display, free hot chocolate, cookies, hayrides, Santa visits and more at Christmas in the Park (at one of the local parks). It was pretty good - and all free! There was also live entertainment (Brooke once had a dance recital there).
Well, this year, they decided to move to a different 'park', except its not really a park. Its a creek and ampitheater. So they title it now "Christmas at the Creek". While it may seem like they have the same things, it is much more spread out. Not the same amount of things to do and see. And the hayrides changed to where now, there's nothing really to see. We were kind of disappointed. Still all free. But not as much (seemingly) to see and do. :(
But regardless, here's some pics from when we went the other night...

Ugh. That was one of our favorite things to do - walk on the back trail, get under the Christmas tree. I was worried it would be too different with the move.
