Christmas decorating

I know we're early...  but...  well, for one we are leaving for a good portion of our normal time for decorating.  And also, it's been raining so freaking much (yes still!) that we prolly will never get to decorating the outside.  Literally, it won't stop long enough for us to breathe I swear!  Or at least, for our ground to breathe!  Ugh...

Anyway, so we got the decorating inside done shortly after our floors were done.  Again, like decorating a completely different house I tell you!

Every year, I swear we will get a new tree.  Ours is probably 15 years old or more.  Brad had it for 5-6 years before we were married.  I have to tie up limbs.  Soooo many needles come off...I just know we'll be left with nothing.  This isn't even all of it.

But each year, its Brad's job to fluff it and make it look pretty.  Cuz I will just go buy a new one before I put that much effort into it!  Then the lights are my job.  Cuz if left to Brad, this is what it would look like....

THen after lights are on the girls get to decorate it.  They pretty much did it themselves this year, with me just adding to the top.  They each have their boxes of ornaments that we got through and reminiscence each year.  Its part of the fun!

And after its all said and done, I get to take pictures.  :)
