Yesterday, Shannon and her family came down to visit and celebrate Christmas with us a couple days early. Fun was had by all...lots of giggles, lots of food, lots of torn wrapping paper. I'd call it a success. :)
The girls peaking at the presents to determine whose present was who's beforehand...
And tearing them open!
Before she left, Shannon surprised us with a trip to Santa's Wonderland! We like to try to go every year - its so much fun - but its so expensive!!! And this year we just weren't going to make that splurge. Priorities. Anyway, so it was a nice surprise to get to do it anyway! Its seriously so much fun for the girls.
Taking the hayride is always a treat and a much better view. :)
Then afterwards, we spent the rest of the night in Santa's town, where they have visits w Santa, food, hot chocolate, live entertainment, campfires, petting zoos, pony rides, shops and much much more!
Of course, Brenna HAD to ride a pony. We limited her to just once though. ;)
We got to see one of Santa's reindeer, Prancer...
Frosty too!
We peaked in at Santa, but didn't wait in line to visit him, since we had already seen him at Breakfast w Santa a couple of weeks ago.
The girls enjoyed getting doused with "snow" every once in a while....
And lots more fun! Thanks again to Shannon for sending us! :)
